Original layout study · business design
Make the service structure obvious
Begin with the questions a prospective customer brings: what do you do, who is it for, and what happens next? Group services by customer need. A short overview can introduce the business, while separate service pages carry the detail that would overwhelm the homepage.
Use evidence beside the promise
Place a relevant example near each service description. Describe the problem, the work and the result in ordinary language. Keep decorative statistics out of the layout unless you have a source and a date for them. Real details do more than a row of large, unexplained numbers.
Design for the person maintaining it
A reusable service-page pattern makes future changes easier. Decide which fields are required, how long an excerpt can be and where an image is optional. Test a page with a long service name and no photography before you settle on the design.
