Use the same row order across plans and explain the unit or billing period clearly. Distinguish a feature from a limit. Avoid emphasizing a plan through colour while hiding the conditions that determine its actual cost.
Allow for the narrow view
At mobile width, a table may need a deliberate scrolling or stacked treatment. Keep each value associated with its label. Place important conditions near the comparison, rather than in tiny text far below it.
